Refund Policy
Last updated: 23 July 2026
1. Paddle’s role
Payments for aceliQ subscriptions are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle processes refund requests under its applicable procedures. aceliQ may assist with product or access investigations but does not guarantee that a refund request will be approved.
2. Cancellation is not the same as a refund
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are separate things. Cancelling stops future renewals; a refund returns money already paid. Cancelling on its own does not issue a refund.
3. Cancellation and end-of-period access
When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You keep your paid access until that period ends, after which your account moves to the Free plan.
4. No automatic refund on cancellation
Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund or credit for the current period. You keep the access you have already paid for until it ends.
5. No additional universal money-back guarantee
aceliQ does not offer an additional universal money-back guarantee. We do not advertise a blanket 7-day, 14-day, or 30-day refund right.
6. How to request help
If you would like to request a refund or raise a billing concern, you can:
- email [email protected]; and/or
- contact Paddle buyer support.
7. How requests are assessed
Refund eligibility is assessed case by case, taking into account Paddle’s applicable refund process, the mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you, and any specific commitment aceliQ support has expressly made to you. Partial or pro-rata refunds are not routinely offered, except where required by applicable law or expressly supported and approved through Paddle.
8. Technical or access issues
If you experience a technical or access problem, please contact [email protected]. We may investigate product or access issues and work with you on an appropriate resolution. Where a transaction refund is warranted, it is processed through Paddle’s workflow.
9. Refunds and your access, account, and data
A refund, dispute, or chargeback does not automatically change your aceliQ plan, entitlements, or usage allowances, and does not automatically move your account to the Free plan or revoke access. A refund also does not automatically delete your account or your learning data. Any change to your access or data is handled separately.
10. Fraud, abuse, disputes, and chargebacks
We may investigate and, where appropriate, restrict or suspend accounts in cases of credible fraud, abuse, or misuse. We do not apply automatic account suspension simply because a dispute or chargeback occurs.
11. Your mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this Policy removes or reduces refund or other rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you. Where such rights apply, they prevail.
