Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 July 2026
1. Who we are
aceliQ is an online IELTS preparation service operated by Leusenko Pavel (an individual established in Georgia), trading as “aceliQ”. In these Terms, “aceliQ”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to this operator. You can contact us at [email protected] for any question about the service, these Terms, privacy, or refund assistance.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or using aceliQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you use aceliQ on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for them.
3. What aceliQ provides
aceliQ offers IELTS preparation and educational practice, which may include Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking, Full Mock tests, Vocabulary, a Study Plan, progress tracking, and Community features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
4. Educational nature, AI feedback, and IELTS
aceliQ is a practice and study tool. Feedback, corrections, suggestions, and any estimated scores or bands are generated to help you learn and are educational guidance only. They are produced in part by automated and AI-assisted systems, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not official IELTS results, scores, or assessments.
aceliQ is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or connected to IELTS or any official IELTS organisation, and we do not guarantee any particular exam result or outcome.
5. Eligibility and minors
There is no fixed minimum age to use aceliQ. If you are not legally able to accept these Terms on your own where you live, you may use aceliQ only with the permission and, where required by law, the supervision of a parent or guardian. Any paid purchase must be made or authorised by someone legally able to enter into the transaction. aceliQ does not collect your date of birth and does not verify age or parental permission.
6. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under your account. Please keep your account details accurate and let us know at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.
7. Free and paid plans
aceliQ offers a Free plan and two paid plans, Plus and Pro. Current prices are:
- Plus — USD 19.99 per month, or USD 159 per year.
- Pro — USD 39.99 per month, or USD 299 per year.
Paid plans provide additional access and usage compared with the Free plan. There is no free trial and no lifetime plan. Plan features and prices may change. Any changes to prices or plan terms will apply as communicated and subject to applicable law.
8. Billing, taxes, and Paddle
Payments for paid plans are processed by our third-party payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. When you subscribe, you authorise recurring charges for the plan and billing interval you select (monthly or annual) until you cancel. Applicable taxes are determined and shown during checkout where required. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s own terms presented at checkout.
9. Cancellation and access after cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid period — it does not end access immediately. You keep your paid access until that period ends, after which your account moves to the Free plan and the subscription does not renew. Cancelling does not by itself issue a refund (see the Refund Policy).
10. Refunds
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Your content and the licence you give us
You keep ownership of the content you submit — including your Writing submissions, Speaking recordings and transcripts, Vocabulary entries, Study Plan inputs, and Community posts. To operate the service, you grant aceliQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, analyse, transmit, and display your content, and to share it with the service providers needed to deliver the features you use (for example, to produce transcriptions, reviews, or feedback). This licence exists so we can provide the service to you and lasts as long as needed for that purpose and for our legitimate record-keeping.
12. Community content and moderation
Some features let you post publicly in the Community. Content you choose to make public may be visible to other users. You are responsible for what you post. We may review, moderate, hide, remove, or anonymise Community content that we reasonably consider to breach these Terms, to be abusive, or to be otherwise inappropriate, and we may act on user reports.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse aceliQ. This includes not: breaking applicable law; infringing others’ rights; harassing, abusing, or harming other users; uploading unlawful or harmful content; attempting to gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts; interfering with or disrupting the service; scraping or extracting content at scale; or attempting to manipulate, overload, or circumvent usage limits and safeguards.
14. Fair use and anti-abuse safeguards
To keep aceliQ reliable, secure, and available for everyone, we apply reasonable fair-use, capacity-protection, and anti-abuse measures. We may apply proportionate limits on usage and may take action against use that we reasonably consider abusive, fraudulent, automated, or a threat to the service or other users.
15. Our intellectual property
The aceliQ service, including its software, design, text, and other materials we provide (excluding your own content and third-party content), belongs to aceliQ or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service for your own IELTS preparation. You may not copy, resell, or exploit the service or our materials except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
16. Third-party services
aceliQ relies on third-party providers to function, including a payment provider (Paddle), AI and transcription providers, and cloud hosting and storage. Your use of features that depend on these providers may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their independent services. Where a feature sends your content to a provider, we do so to deliver that feature to you (see the Privacy Policy).
17. Availability, maintenance, and changes
We aim to keep aceliQ available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, and we may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. aceliQ may be available in many countries where it is technically available, supported by our payment provider, and legally permitted, but we do not promise availability everywhere.
18. Restriction, suspension, and termination
You may stop using aceliQ at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably consider it necessary — for example, for a breach of these Terms, or credible fraud, abuse, or misuse. Where reasonable and lawful, we will try to give you notice. Restricting or suspending an account for these reasons is a separate matter from billing and refunds.
19. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service and its educational feedback and estimated scores are provided “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or any specific learning or exam outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, aceliQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss arising from your reliance on educational feedback or estimated scores. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.
20. Your mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection or other laws that apply to you. Where these Terms conflict with such mandatory rights, those rights prevail.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and take reasonable steps to make the change noticeable. Continuing to use aceliQ after an update means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires your explicit consent.
